There are many reasons for letting property - providing an income or a pension for buy-to-let investors, people inherit property, those who may have to travel or move for their work but do not want to sell their own home to do so.
We manage property on behalf of Landlords, including overseas or corporate clients with a varied portfolio of property, to individuals letting their existing home because of necessity rather than investment. Commercial property will be handled by our qualified surveyor, Les Long.
