HIPs
Home Information Packs were introduced in England and Wales in 2007 to take the stress out of buying and selling a home by providing key information up front. Searches and other legal documents are included. Every pack includes an Energy Performance Certificate giving information on the energy efficiency of the home, and advice on making it more energy efficient.
NEWSTEAD ESTATES don't add any extra costs when arranging HIPs - we will put you in direct contact with a specialist HIP provider who, in our opinion, offers extremely competitive rates.

We will refer you to an experienced Chartered Surveyor if you need this kind of specialist service, covering residential and commercial properties. Their friendly approach will reassure and guide you through this complex area.
